2. Jewelry & Product Definition
• Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry
Pre-designed and customisable jewellery crafted in gold, set with premium certified lab grown diamonds.
• Customized Jewelry
Clients may personalise designs, selecting metals, mounts and settings to suit their preferences. Custom pieces are crafted specifically to client specifications.
All our jewellery is BIS Hallmarked and diamonds are accompanied by certification, ensuring complete transparency in quality and craftsmanship.
3. Account Registration & Security
• Account Creation
TCertain features require an account with a valid email and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or disable any account that violates these terms.
4. Product Information & Representation
We take great care to provide accurate product descriptions, images and specifications. However, product images may appear larger or smaller than actual size due to screen settings and photography techniques. Minor variations in weight, size or appearance may occur, as each piece is individually crafted.
5. Pricing & Market Fluctuations
• Pricing Basis
Prices are based on prevailing market rates of precious metals and lab grown diamonds and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Final Pricing
The final price is locked based on the gold and diamond rate on the date of purchase or advance payment. Any variance between estimated and final weight will be adjusted at the time of final billing.
• Additional Charges
Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout and on the invoice.
6. Orders & Payment
• Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or agreed advance for custom orders).
• Payment Gateways
All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment provider's terms.
• Fraud Prevention
In case of suspected fraudulent activity, Incepta Jewels reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate legal action.
7. Availability & Fulfillment
We strive to fulfil every confirmed order. In the rare case of unavailability, customers will be informed promptly and refunds processed within 30 days. Where an order contains temporarily unavailable items, partial shipment may be made with the balance shipped subsequently.
8. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping
Orders ship only after full payment. We partner with reputed, insured logistics providers. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (third-party issues, natural events) may occur.
• Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable, our logistics partner will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us.
• Verification & Inspection
A valid government-issued ID is required at delivery for security verification. Please inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt and report any tampering or damage immediately.
• International Orders
International shipping timelines, duties and taxes vary by destination country and are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
9. Cancellations & Returns
• Cancellation
Orders cancelled within 24 hours receive a full refund minus a 1% payment gateway fee. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a ₹1,000 processing charge plus the 1% gateway fee. Customised jewellery orders are non-refundable once confirmed, as they are crafted to individual specifications.
• Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee on ready inventory (excludes customised jewellery). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD order refunds are processed to the customer's registered bank account. Gift card payments are refunded back to the gift card.
10. Warranty & Liability
While we stand behind the quality of every piece we craft, Incepta Jewels does not warrant uninterrupted website functionality or error-free content. We shall not be liable for website inaccuracies, technical disruptions beyond our control, unauthorised access or misuse of user data, or losses arising from third-party payment processing errors.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
